& Mr Jones.
Hello! We are Paul & Adrian (or Ade if you prefer). We were cabin crew for almost 30 years between us & LOVED it. More than a job - it was a lifestyle with the benefit of year-round sunshine, travel opportunities to be envied, staying in some of the world’s most exciting and vibrant cities & getting paid for it!
Suddenly redundant when Thomas Cook collapsed, to say we were devastated would be a huge understatement. We spent several months feeling very sad, grieving for what we had lost.
And then... THE Light bulb moment!
OUR NAME
We call ourselves “creators of nice times,” and that’s where the concept of Me & Mr Jones was born. We realised it wasn’t just the sun, beaches & cities that we missed - it was the people - the passengers.
We know our strengths - building relationships with people, making them feel special, making people laugh with a little cheeky banter & looking after people to the very best of our abilities.
We want to create a unique shopping experience IN FRODSHAM
We are combining a coffee shop with gifts, homewares & unusual pieces in Frodsham’s beautiful old railway station building.
OUR AIM
We aim to source our menu items locally & our gifts/accessories ethically as much as possible.
Shopping locally, supporting other local businesses, recycling & sustainability are top priorities for us.
We still look to the skies with fond memories when a plane flies overhead, but here’s to the future...
